As the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for...

• Authorize all expenditures and purchases related to maintenance and the tool room
• Structure a work plan to manage repair requests while prioritizing prompt responses that impact on-time delivery
• Develop and coordinate the timetable for all activities within the maintenance department
• Create and fabricate tools in-house to achieve cost reductions
• Offer suggestions for enhancing both Direct and Indirect Labor Utilization rates within the plant
• Conduct project-related tasks linked to the launch of new products, quality control, tooling, samples, and process development
• Assist in the planning and installation of new programs and equipment

To be considered for the Maintenance Manager position you will need to have...

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ year's maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with IATF and ISO requirements
