An employer in San Antonio, TX is looking for a Microbiology Laboratory Technician to join their team. This person will be responsible for the qualification, and preparation of samples for testing, and highly complex testing on patients, donors, and/or biologic products. They will evaluate test results and report and document findings. They will follow all standard operating procedures within the lab. They will participate in team-oriented work projects and be able to work in a fast-paced high volume laboratory.

* Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science (Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Organic Chemistry, Life Science, Forensic Science)

* experience working in a clinical laboratory environment

* MLT, MLS, MT certification
