Your role

Join us in an engaged and mission-critical role as a Senior Network Engineer in the SRE team responsible for delivery of network projects. In this role, you will provide technical leadership across the network technologies, design and implement solutions adhering to the bank's product and standards. You will lead a team of SRE network engineers and work with the architecture, engineering, capabilities owners/managers, vendor management and service providers' teams to implement new solutions and support the organizational handover to the NOC. Your expertise

•ideally 5+ years industry experience in network technologies with CCNP/CCIE certification or equivalent and a bachelor's degree or a professional degree in computer technology
•track record of successful end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects demonstrating high level of proficiency in requirements gathering, solutions design, BOM creation, preparation of high- and low-level design documents, implementation, testing and handover to operations
•able to travel up to 10% of the time
•in depth understanding and strong troubleshooting skills across all key technologies in Enterprise Data Center and Client LAN Networks (e.g. ACI, VRF, HSRP, VPC, LACP, QoS, Multicast)
•in depth understanding and strong troubleshooting skills across WAN technologies (e.g. SDWAN, MPLS), strong troubleshooting skills across routing protocols (e.g. EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and an understanding of all key network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP & UDP, SNMP, FTP, TFTP, SSH, IPSec)
•experience with Public Cloud providers (Azure, AWS), Cisco products is essential (e.g. Cisco ACI, Cisco DNAC, N9Ks, Cat9Ks)
•experience with WiFi products, Load Balancers strongly desired (Cisco, Meraki)
•experience with Arista and Juniper Routers & Switches, Firewalls and DHCP/DNS applications, Firewalls (e.g. Palo Alto, Fortinet) Firewalls (e.g. Palo Alto, Fortinet) and Automation and Scripting is desirable and preferred (e.g. Python, Ansible)
