We’re looking for a savvy Office and Inventory Manager to be the backbone of our client’s operations.

To thrive, you should have:
  • Office, warehouse, and administration experience
  • Experience with administration, accounts payable and receivables, and essential account/bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with corporate electronic banking systems (JP Morgan Chase, BMO) and Oracle Netsuite preferred
  • Warehouse experience or exposure to inventory management systems
  • Ability to travel minimally with the Houston metro area and to 3PL warehouse storage locations


Your responsibilities as the Office and Inventory Manager will include:
  • Office management and administration, including external communication
  • Accounts payable, receivables, and expense reporting
  • Electronic banking and payment transaction processing
  • Warehouse inventory administration and maintenance
  • Coordinating order picking, packing, goods receiving, and dispatch
