Job Summary
Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a pool of open rank, part-time faculty positions in the School of Conflict Management, Peacebuilding and Development for the academic year 2023-2024. These positions are on an as needed, semester-by-semester basis. Rank is determined at the time of hiring and will be commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include the following at a minimum:
Teaching assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines.

- Teaching graduate courses in conflict management
Teaching assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- A Terminal/Doctorate degree, or the foreign equivalent, in conflict management or a related discipline
Or
- A master's degree or Juris Doctor , or the foreign equivalent, AND at least 7 years of practical experience in the field of conflict management
Preferred Qualifications
- Registered Mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution
- Experience as a conflict management practitioner
