The Preventive Maintenance Supervisor oversees all operations of the preventative maintenance department to ensure equipment is being serviced properly according to manufacturer owner operator manual.

Position Description

Specifics of the role

• Reports to the Vice President of Equipment.
• Oversees preventive maintenance repairs on earthmoving equipment.

What we expect

• Supervise Plateau Preventive Maintenance (PM) technicians.
• Coordinate with equipment dealers to perform preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate PM schedule with Superintendents.
• Review PM related invoices for accuracy and approval to pay.
• Review oil sample results daily and follow up on any action required.
• Update PM list with equipment hours daily/weekly
• Coordinate repair of Product Link, device that reports equipment hours and location (GPS devices) with equipment dealers when necessary.
• Find and develop PM technicians.
• Visit projects to check on PM technicians and superintendents.
• Help PM technicians as needed and have the ability to perform all PM maintenance for equipment.

Position Requirements

• Supervision experience of at least 6 field employees.
• Prefer 3 years of experience in a related industry.
