Qualifications Requirements:

High School/GED

Must be at least 18y.

Ability to stand/walk duration of shift.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & perform repetitive movements.

Must be able to lift up to 35lbs unassisted and up to 75lbs assisted.

Knowledge & Skills:

Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.

Must accurately follow both verbal and written instructions in English.

Ability to perform and document basic mathematical calculations, (e.g. add, subtract, multiply, divide, work with fractions, decimals and percentages).

Ability to perform minor mechanical adjustments, clear jams, evaluate product within specified limits and troubleshoot equipment.

Must be able to pass the GMP test and obtain area certification.

Additional Expectations to be communicated:

Ability/willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.

Adhere to cGMP guidelines, SOP's and plant policies/rules.

Employees are expected to remain compliant by completing monthly Compliance trainings.

Must be available for mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Client reserves the right to move employees’ departments based on business needs.

Employees required to wear adequate PPE per the requirements of their department.

Employees are expected to proactively communicate all challenges/concerns and conflicts with their agency representative.

Employee are to adhere by Client attendance policy and call out procedures
