Strong experience in Linux, Unix, shell scripting
Strong experience troubleshooting Java and C++ based application
Must have experience in middleware technologies e.g. CORBA,AIX, MQ, File transfer
Experience in L2/L3 Incident management and release management.
Experience of handling legacy and complex applications

• Coordinate with System Administrators and Infrastructure Teams to Install Applications/Software
• Data centers, backups etc. Working with onsite and offshore teams , system alerts, monitoring, etc.
• Environment setup and release management as per Block point requirement
• Disaster recovery
Admin experience of passwords , permissions
• Create long range disaster recovery
• Customer feedback survey
• Manages and monitor system performance. proactively monitor the Platform to ensure secure services with minimum downtime
• Sets up and maintains documentation and standards
• Performance analysis and tuning , Best practices implemented on current system
• L2/L3 ticket support
• Troubleshooting and Issue resolution within SLA.
• Coordinate with other applications SMEs to troubleshoot
• Support Major incident management
• On call support
