Program Manager Responsibilities


  • Lead working groups across operational functions to construct clear enforcement strategies, understand dependencies and tradeoffs, and define a cohesive path to enabling new product launches, solving ad-hoc leadership needs, and optimizing processes.

  • Develop and regularly communicate key project/program schedules and updates based on the product/technical requirements, operational workforce challenges, tooling lead-times, business needs and working group dependencies.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and outsourced vendors to lead large scale strategic projects and enforcement launches, as well as solve ongoing operational problems at scale.

  • Work alongside Data Science partners to identify, analyze, and track key program performance indicators, and ensure actionable results contribute to overall company, product, customer, and community experience goals.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Analytics or a related field and two years of experience in job offered or in a related occupation. Foreign degree equivalent accepted. Experience must include 24 months of involving the following:

  • 1. Leading strategic implementation and planning for risk and growth

  • 2. SQL and data visualizations

  • 3. Program managing complex programs

  • 4. Project management in a highly dynamic and changing environment

  • 5. Fast-paced operations environment

  • 6. Risk analysis.
