System One is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Project Financial Analyst to join our team to support a long-term contract position located in Amarillo, TX.

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the financial performance of projects, conducting cost analyses, and providing strategic recommendations to improve project financial efficiency and profitability.

Project Financial Analyst Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly accruals.
• Analyze project financial data, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support project planning and decision-making.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments for proposed projects.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates on financial performance to project managers and stakeholders.
• Identify potential cost savings and revenue-generating opportunities within projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project financial goals with overall business objectives.
• Develop and maintain project financial dashboards and reports for management review.
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures related to project management.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in project financial analysis and reporting.

Project Financial Analyst Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, primarily Excel skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, project management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial analysis software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Project Location: Amarillo, TX (hybrid schedule; onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Contract Duration: 12-Months

Hourly Pay Rate: $46/hr.
