Job Overview:
In accordance with New York's Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position is $260,000-$365,000 per year. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate's geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience and overall qualifications.
Job Overview:
- You will interact directly with clients and act with integrity to provide incisive advice to clients, with the support of your colleagues
- You will have the opportunity to lead the drafting of complex and innovative transaction documentation and negotiate terms on behalf of clients
- You will take responsibility for day to day matters on complex transactions
- You will supervise and mentor junior attorneys on the team
- You will demonstrate excellence in communicating with clients in order to understand their needs and how best to meet them
- You will contribute to the firm's vision to be an exceptional place to work, by contributing to the creation of a positive work environment
- 3+ years' projects/project finance/infrastructure experience gained within private practice or in-house
- All candidates must be admitted to the New York, California and/or Texas Bar (depending on location)
- Strong drafting skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills
