The nurses on 5\rNorth West (5NW) provide care to primarily post-surgical patients that are\rtypically admitted for a short stay. We accept patients who receive surgery\rfrom services such as Endocrinology, Urology, Gynecology, Orthopedic,\rBariatric, and Gender Affirmation. 5NW offers patients who have planned surgery\rthe opportunity to reserve a private suite which includes a gourmet dining\rmenu, a spacious living room, kitchen, and master bathroom. As a small 11 bed\runit, our nurses provide excellent service while having the ability to work in\ra unique healing environment.

Key Responsibilities
\r
As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.

Qualifications
\r

\r
• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
\r
• Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
\r
• Active DC RN License and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required.
