Baer is looking for S4 HANA Implementation Procurement Consultant for a 8+ month project in Atlanta, GA.

Title: S4 HANA Implementation Procurement Consultant
Location: Remote + 50% Onsite in Atlanta, GA
Duration: 8 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Responsibilities:

• Implement core production planning modules in a discrete environment using S/4HANA.
• Conduct design workshops, gathering and analyzing business requirements related to production/process orders.
• Lead the development of master data such as bill of materials and master recipes, and outline dependencies including work centers, cost centers, activity types, and control keys.
• Configure production order types to support cost collection and inventory movements.
• Integrate SAP with third-party systems for shop order confirmations.
• Develop and review functional specifications for interface and integration requirements.
• Create and gain approval for business process design and configuration rational documents.
• Support end-to-end testing of process orders and liaise with data teams to develop data migration plans for production processes.
• Provide expert advice on SAP reporting capabilities and assist users in understanding their options.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience as an SAP Sourcing and Procurement Consultant or Solution Architect, with at least 5 end-to-end SAP implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing and Procurement functionalities and integration with other SAP modules.
• Experience with APEX, Informatica, and Coupa integration is a plus.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming and debugging is beneficial.
• Knowledge of industry-specific best practices, particularly in construction manufacturing.
• Extensive knowledge of logistics and supply chain management processes.
• Project management skills and familiarity with SDLC methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. SAP certifications are highly desired.
