Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience analyzing ML and LLM model performance.
• Experience using statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Experience with Python and LLM libraries.
• Understanding of AI principles, algorithms, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (i.e., written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
• Influencing skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$158,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Enhance internal systems and processes via improvements and automation opportunities powered by Generative AI. Help to establish metrics to benchmark Generative AI issues and quantify improvements.
• Develop datasets and run experiments. Prompt generation, tuning and testing.
• Use technical judgment to drive project delivery, support proposals and identify risks.
• Manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity and scope against tight timelines.
• Improve tools through data analysis, technical expertise, and presentations to key stakeholders.
