Job Description

Purpose of Position:

Under supervision of the Associate Director, manages and coordinates administrative oversight of multi-departmental services, including but not limited to, the Adult Primary Care Services, Medical Subspecialties, and Family Practices. Coordination of Practice settings in optimizing the delivery of business management and support systems

Responsibilities:
  • Implement directives of the Associate Director, Executive Office or designee to review and evaluate existing programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborative with clinical and support staff
  • Supervision of Coordinating Managers, Assistant Coordinating Managers, and Clerical Staff
  • Monitor the day to day operations of the Medicine, Medical Sub-Specialities and Family Practices


Minimum Qualifications
1. A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Engineering or Social Sciences, Health Care Specialization, Physical Sciences or related programs; and A minimum of four years of progressive, responsible experience related to Health Care Program Planning, Research, Design, Operation, Evaluation and Analysis; or
2. A Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Public Health, Public or Hospital Administration, Health Care Specialization, Business Administration or related disciplines; and A minimum of three years progressive, responsible experience directly related to health care program planning, research, design, operation, evaluation and analysis; or
3. A satisfactory equivalent combination of training, education and experience; and, 4. Demonstrated skills in written and oral com

Department Preferences

Experience in Operations Management

Supervision experience preferred

Two year experience in related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook, ect.

Knowledge in Hospital systems- UNITY, SORAN, QMED, EDM
