About this Group
The Program Management Office team manages our aircraft programs, ensures product quality, and manages the worldwide supply chain while ensuring program alignment throughout the organization. By creating consistency across aircraft programs, the team allows Gulfstream to foster efficient and disciplined operations.

About the Role
The person selected for this role will be collecting aircraft and project data to prepare summaries for executive-level reviews for the program directors. The Project Specialist will also be the liaision to the customer support functions. Experience or understanding of program management preferred. Customer support experience preferred.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Administration, Business required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 7 years experience in in customer support, program management experience and/or production; consisting of any combination of complex program management, presentations and reports.

Position Purpose:
Under minimal supervision, coordinate communication operations and track project deliverables for the Program Manager Office. Responsible for the development of streamlined processes and co-enterprise meeting agendas for the purpose of meeting the company goals for aircraft safety, reliability, customer satisfaction and financial guidelines; lead related continuous improvement efforts. Collaborate with Assistance Program Directors and Managers to perform enterprise-wide data analysis and produce reports, while acting as the primary liaison to Customer Support to deliver Program Office updates for various internal and external forums.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
  1. Coordinates all activities associated with the delivery of enterprise -wide meetings and daily/weekly updates to Leadership Team .
  2. Track timeline and drive execution against deliverables of projects in multiple Programs, Engineering and Production Change Boards .
  3. Generate reports (SAP, Salesforce, Aircraft Deliveries, In-service aircraft, etc.), populate and format data summaries .
  4. Manage program and product specification updates, subscription list and reporting on various platforms .
  5. Utilize various programs/systems and databases to support customer and Leadership Team engagements .
  6. Acts as a liaison to Customer Support, Sales and other key stakeholder groups to enable Leadership Team management of joint workstreams .
  7. Lead implementation of business process improvements .


Additional Functions:
  1. Manage Intranet Web site and newsletters to maintain Technical and Program updates .
  2. Customer Advisory Board Committee presentations and meetings coordination .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:
  1. Requires a comprehensive knowledge of Aircraft Programs Engineering, Production, Modifications, Maintenance, Completions, Materials & Services, Supply Chain and Support Operations.
  2. Requires a detailed understanding of Program/Project Management processes & procedures and an intimate understanding of in-service A/C operations Continually challenged to resolve and/or improve processes and execution to result in time and cost reduction.
  3. Requires very strong oral and written presentation and organizational skills.
