What You'll Do:

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will manage all incoming and outgoing packages/materials in the Shop. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Promptly unloads and loads trucks and deliveries.
  • Tracking Inventory: Scanning inventory shipments and organizing the information in Excel.
  • Keeping accurate records
  • Printing Shipping Labels.
  • Inspecting goods received for damage.
  • Distributing inventory to proper departments or projects.
  • Engages with vendors with a positive attitude.
  • Operating a Forklift

Additional Responsibilities. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Skills You'll Need:

Experience. Experience in managing inventory is a plus. Must be able to operate a forklift and must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Technology Skills. Must have the ability to use computers, cell phones, and other electronic devices. Must have appropriate typing skills and a thorough understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Interpersonal Skills. Must have outstanding communication skills and have the ability to interact well with people in all levels of the organization.

Integrity. Must act with unyielding integrity and honesty in business transactions, promote company policies, and hold self and other employees accountable.
