Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Deloitte is looking for a Data Governance and Policy Analyst for the a client team that supports the Chief Data Officer at a federal agency in the national security realm.

The Policy & Program Analyst provides knowledge and experience relevant in an intelligence domain and applies the knowledge to the development of policies, plans, strategies; assists in implementing such functions; and monitors and evaluates progress and outcomes of these actions. They apply knowledge of the subject matter to analyze and solve problems in areas, facilitate engagements and collaboration, and ensure effective and efficient operations. In addition to substantive topic knowledge, the Policy & Program Analyst may analyze other related factors of programs including finance, accounting, information technology, human resources, research and analysis, or other program support.

The Policy & Program Analyst assists in leading and participates in processing business requirements including but not limited to, analysis, evaluation, and implementation of systems or processes. They will create plans, designs, and conduct studies including risk analyses, contingency planning, and feasibility studies. The Policy & Program Analyst creates program work products such as policies, procedures, strategies, reports, c orrespondence, presentations, plans, and spreadsheets.

As a part of the US Strategy & Analytics Offering Portfolio, the AI & Data Operations offering provides managed AI, Intelligent Automation, and Data DevOps services across the advise-implement-operate spectrum.

Qualifications

Required:
  • ACTIVE Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) with SCI currently in use
  • 4+ years experience with data governance
  • 4+ years experience with policy analysis
  • 2+ years experience in policy development
  • 2+ years experience in processing business requirements
  • 2+ years experience in work product creation
  • Ability to work 2-4 days onsite in DC per week (decided by team at offer)
  • 4 yrs experience + Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 42 yrs experience + Master's degree in a related field
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future as clearance needs require US CITIZENSHIP
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
