Job Description:

GC holders must have lived in the US for 5 consecutive yrs.
Responsible for the writing, structuring, and updating documentation for the ServiceNow ITAM project, including client standard&policy documentation.Work closely with project team to plan, create,&maintain user-focused technical documentation for multiple ServiceNow applications including APM,CMDB,HAM,SAM Pro,&Service Mapping. Provide product, program, technical&design documentation support related to the project specific ServiceNow products.
Obtain process guides,diagrams& other documentation from project SMEs and convert to easy to read, usable articles use by all employees. Present information in clear, direct, to the point, organized in an easy-to-understand format. Serve as a custodian of the look/feel of training and knowledge articles. Output includes written or visual product, process, or technical documentation, online information

Bachelor's degree; or Associates degree plus additional two years' experience
0 years of experience; The Analyst 1 applies their analytical and technical skills to assist in implementing business solutions. An Analyst 1 is directed to exercise core skills on projects, or may direct small teams. They are qualified to perform tasks such as Document an organization's current business process flows Design, code and test functional components of information systems according to project specifications Identify and document functional requirements for information systems Develop project documentation and user training materials according to program specifications Conduct user training sessions Prepare communications plans Produce database extracts Provide technical support to software development teams Perform program management support tasks, such as status reporting and work plan maintenance. Level 1 performs more routine aspects of the position and is supervised by higher levels.

Required Skills:
