Job Description -
  • Data modeling tools (including entity relationship models)
  • Architectural diagraming tools
  • Strong documentation skills (Visio, Video training, workflows, technical documentation)
  • Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
  • SharePoint and Confluence experience
  • Experience pulling information from various engineering and architecture team members.
  • Azure Experience Difference between IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
  • Basic understanding of Azure VM deployments via ARM templates
  • ADO experience; Understands ADO Boards, ADO Pipeline automation/deployments.
  • Document workflows, data pipelines and create standardized documentation
  • Create clear and accurate documentation on every process (technical and functional) and manageable documentation on processes, policies, and other team documents
  • Documentation includes a technical Q&A with KT documents site for troubleshooting common issues
  • Organizing an archiving system
  • Labeling, sorting, and categorizing documents for ease of use
  • Retrieving documents upon request
  • Adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Working with colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation practice across the company
