Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Technical Writer to join a DoD program supporting the United States Marine Corps located in Quantico, VA. The Technical Writer will support various projects related to IT project management, data analysis, and technical writing. This is supporting a long-term program through 2080.

Responsibilities for the Technical Writer include:

• Gather requirements and information from Engineers and Architects and translate this information into coherent technical writing in a concise manner.
• Create and edit technical documents related to network/system architecture, configuration/change management policies, and more.
• Write Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)
• Manage projects as defined by the client and ensure the deliverables meet and exceed expectations.

Required Qualifications for the Technical Writer include:

• 5+ years of professional experience with a focus on Technical Writing
• Active Secret Clearance
• IAT Level III Certification (CASP+, CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.)

Compensation for the Technical Writer include:
• Salary Range: $90,000-105,000 depending on experience
