Check with the office daily for his/her daily or weekly assignments, which depend on upcoming office events. The employee is responsible for checking all Continuing Education spaces daily for set up and cleanliness. Set-up and clean-up for all continuing education events. Work with office personnel in food service purchase, pick-up, set-up, and clean up.

Minimum Qualifications

Position Summary

Temporary, part-time worker. Duties will include data entry, providing reception and phone coverage, providing duplicates, handling fax and email communications. Helping staff with mailings, event planning, room set-up and clean-up, and other duties as needed. Driving will be a responsibility of the position.

Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position

High School Diploma - High School student OK.
