About the Role:

At Parexel, we are a leading Clinical Research Organization (CRO) company specializing in delivering life - changing medicines to patients. We are seeking a Depot Technician to join our team. As a Depot Technician , you'll be joining a fast-paced, driven environment that's helping to make life -changing difference to patients by getting the Clinical Trial Materials, Ancillaries and Lab Kits into the hands of those who need them . Through the collaboration, and diversity, of teams the Depot Technician is provided with multiple opportunities to excel and discover where your skills can take you .

Who we're looking for:

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good hand eye coordination

What you'll do:

• Picking, packing, and quality control of Clinical Trial Materials according to instruction
• Performing quality control checks and r eporting any issues affecting quality
• Assisting with Clinical Trial Materials destruction, recalls, reconciliation and returns
• Monitor and record inventory
• Helping with the general maintenance of the premises and equipment
• Handling filing and archiving activities
• Following workflows from Parexel or a specific client

Additional details:

• We welcome High School or Vocational degree applicants, and training will be provided .

• Knowledge of GxP guidance, or willingness for education in GxP regulations is required .
• Experience with warehouse support is required .
• P ackaging and labeling experience in the pharmaceutical or biological industry is preferred .
• Role offers a competitive hourly rate and a supportive management team that wants to help launch your career in clinical logistics .
• This is a 2nd shift position so all applicants must be able to work 2nd shift hours (4pm-1am)
