The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, American Hockey League affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins, are seeking an intern to assist with our Penguins Authentics Memorabilia program during the 2024-25 season.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with monitoring and tracking inventory of game jerseys, pucks, locker room nameplates and other game-used items.
Printing letters of authenticity for all game-worn and game-issued jerseys.
Help coordinate player charity signing sessions.
Listing items for auction on the DASH auction app.
Fulfillment and delivery of auction items.
Coordinating special events, including but not limited to virtual advent calendar, mystery items, online raffles, etc.
Strategizing new auction activities/events.
Assisting with operation of the Goals Foundation raffle/auction table at home games.

Qualifications

Junior or senior in college, pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Candidates must earn college credit for the internship.
Detail-oriented and strong organization and project management skills.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
