Responsibilities
• Responsible for the operation of Data analytic products, including Business Intelligence (BI) tools and User Behavior Analysis (UBA), etc;
• Responsible for providing training on data analytics products to users within the organization, includes conducting training sessions, creating training materials, and assisting users in understanding and utilizing the products effectively, investigating and understanding different use cases for the products
• Responsible for oncall service, ensures that any critical issues or emergencies related to the products can be addressed promptly and efficiently
• Establish a great relationship with a local/global team, consolidate and filter this feedback, analyze it, and collaborate with the relevant teams to develop effective solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above degree with experience in product operation
• Excellent product perspective & business perspective & user perspective preferred
• Strong sense of cooperation, with good cross-team & cross-country cooperation interface preferred
