A midstream company is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team in support of encroachment projects such as pipeline relocation and facility upgrades. They will be responsible for generating project estimates, budget requests, schedules, materials request, and reviewing encroachment inquiries. The Project Engineer will also work with Project Managers to coordinate encroachment design, construction activities, and provide monthly project status reports.

Required Skills & Experience
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, or Civil Engineering
Experience in pipeline or terminal projects
Experience in upstream or midstream industry
Proficient in Excel
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Knowledge of 49 CFR 192 and 195
Knowledge of API 1102
Mechanical Engineering Degree
Experience working with encroachments
