Salary Range: $75, 000 - $90, 000 / year DOE

Manufacturing Engineer Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, specifically in apparel manufacturing
• Bachelor s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential
• Ability to work on-site in a dynamic factory environment
• Experience with real-time production tracking systems is preferred
• Knowledge of shop floor control system implementation is preferred
• Must be English/Spanish bilingual

Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Plant Manager to enhance production efficiency
• Conduct time studies and performance analyses on sewing operations
• Implement and optimize line balancing strategies
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and identify bottlenecks
• Utilize data management tools to monitor and report on production and operator performance
• Lead projects to expand factory capabilities, including machinery selection and process design
