On-site Mobile Device Management (MDM) Support Technician

Dell is supporting a large customer in the aerospace industry by managing their end-user environment, including mobile device support. This customer has a site in Wichita, Kansas, where many employees sit and need support for any issues that may occur with their mobile devices. This includes helping to troubleshoot, configure their applications and access as well as other possible desktop issues they may have.

Required Skills & Experience
- Must be local to Wichita, KS
- 3 years of technical support experience installing, troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing desktops, laptops, tablets, phones and printers
- Ability to manage devices in Intune, Active Directory and SCCM
- 2 years of experience troubleshooting and configure both iOS and Android mobile devices
- Knowledge of 5G and WiFi IT networking
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent customer service skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with the process to set up a user's mobile device.
- Both MAC & Linux OS knowledge
- Knowledge of using Citrix on a mobile device
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, etc.
