The Resident Care Director must demonstrate knowledge of care giving in a senior living community. This position assumes primary responsibility for the health care services on a 24 hours/7 days a week basis. You will participate in service planning as well as renewal and maintenance of these plans. You will also recommend health care service goals and assist in their implementation while working with the Executive Director to supervise, oversee and coordinate the work of Care Associates to meet Resident needs. The role will also coordinate clinical services to residents and train all other partners as assigned.

Requirements

We are looking for a committed individual with previous experience in a senior living setting, including, but not limited to:

• One year prior experience in Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Skilled Nursing Facility working with older adults
• Must be able to work flexible hours
• Must have current LPN License
• Requires attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Current CPR and First Aid certification as required by state regulatory agency
