Senior Compliance Specialist Benefits and Compensation:

• Wide target compensation range $75,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

Senior Compliance Specialist Job Duties:

• Evaluate and implement compliance processes and procedures
• Develop internal processes and controls to achieve and sustain compliance with various industry standards and requirements
• Direct internal activities relating to initiation and implementation of changes
• Direct the development and maintenance of relevant training materials
• Provide training internally to maintain an environment of continuous improvement
• Establish and maintain effective relationships internally and externally to allow for effective achievement of business goals and compliance
• Monitor industry standards to ensure company remains in compliance with various regulatory requirements
• Perform other duties and special projects

Senior Compliance Specialist Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a business concentration or similar
• 3+ years of professional experience in one or a combination of operational audit, risk advisory/management, SOX
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and quality organizational and communication abilities
