The Role: Sensus, a Xylem brand, is seeking Intern Candidates with Electrical Engineering backgrounds to join our Systems Architecture and Engineering team. The incumbent will work on communications systems involving complex RF/analog/digital devices. The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, fluid environment while ensuring that project initiatives are met. *This will be a 12 week onsite internship position located at the Xylem facility based on the location listed on the job posting.*

Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

• Interest in working with the development of analog/digital/metrology/RF circuits in battery operated, high volume embedded systems that are part of the Sensus Water and Gas product lines.

• Strong sense of customer focus, ownership and drive

• Desire and ability to learn new tools, languages and design techniques

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

• Pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum GPA of 3.0

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of engineers to meet aggressive goals and high quality standards
