We're seeking a dynamic Talent Operations Manager who excels in strategic thinking and operational excellence within the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management pillars. As our Talent Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning our talent operations with organizational objectives and cultivating an environment of continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities
  • Act as the strategic liaison across the Talent organization to determine proper resourcing and prioritization of current and future initiatives.
  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking roadmap of strategies that elevate our talent operations to best-in-class standards.
  • Leverage industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in our talent processes.
  • Manage multiple projects with agility, ensuring they're completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate seamlessly across teams through effective communications efforts to keep everyone aligned and moving forward.
  • Analyze data to uncover key insights that guide our talent decisions.
  • Create meaningful reports that tell the Talent story and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks for the organization.
  • Refine our tech-stack strategy around tools and technology to streamline our talent operations.
  • Empower our team with the tools they need to succeed, providing training and support along the way.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within our talent operations team.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with our team, vendors, and partners.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.

Job Qualifications
  • Ability to lead teams and manage up to influence proactive, strategic prioritization.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify data-driven insights.
  • Strong communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and interact with people of diverse backgrounds and at different levels.
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle various and sometimes conflicting projects/priorities within assigned regions.
  • High sense of practical urgency.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with ability to appropriately make decisions when required or as appropriate.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year (4) university or six (6) years of Human Resources experience.
  • Three (3) or more years of Talent Acquisition or Talent Management Operations experience.
  • One (1) or more years of experience implementing or improving Talent systems.
  • One (1) or more years of experience leveraging HR data and leading critical projects.
  • Technical capabilities: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, applicant tracking systems and database systems.
