About the team
Commerce partnerships are a critical means of scaling interactions between TikTok users and merchants across the globe. As a Business Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Product Marketing and Operations team leads to establish strategy and processes to maximize the value we can create for our merchants, users, and creators.

Responsibilities:
- Research industries, verticals, markets to establish the most adequate strategy in partnership with the team's leadership and the business development team.
- Own the strategy documentation process, a critical step to maximize synergies across the business.
- Provide support to the Business Development arm of the team to model partnership potential, referral and incentive programs.
- As a Business Operations Manager, you will work closely with Partner Development Managers, Product Marketing, Customer Solution Tech and Product Operation teams to establish strategy and processes to maximize the value we can create for our merchants, users, and creators.
- Manage core operations for the Partner Development and Management team including development of dashboards, establishment of scalable Partner CRM tools, annual planning, OKRs, ongoing reporting and contract work, proactively resolving business issues.
- Support the deployment and growth of our partner enablement and activation efforts with our Partner Marketing & Operations teams to drive maximum impact on our business
Qualifications
- 4+ years of data analysis, business operations, strategy, consulting, or related analytical experience. High growth tech start-up experience preferred.
- E-commerce experience is required and marketplace/ ISV App Store management is a bonus.
- Exceptional data analytics skills.
- Skilled project manager with exceptional organization. High EQ team-player with the ability to manage expectations across time-zones and cultures
- Self-motivation and ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change
- Comfortable working with tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Fast learner, highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
- Personable, collaborative and capable of building relationships cross-functionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
