About the team
The TikTok Shop US Central CRM team is a pivotal function within the TikTok Shop US Central Marketing Team, specializing in CRM management and mass outreach. This team is dedicated to developing and implementing cohesive outreach strategies across email, in-app push, inbox, and notification. By leveraging compelling multimedia content and targeted communications, they enhance TikTok Shop's brand, articulate core values, and support key objectives including awareness, acquisition, and business growth. The successful candidate will support the CRM team leader, managing comprehensive outreach efforts and driving continuous improvements.

About the role
The TikTok Shop US Central CRM team is looking for a highly skilled CRM Creator Outreach Manager with a strong background in outbound communication and email marketing. This role is crucial for developing and implementing tailored outreach strategies that serve as a bridge between business teams and outreach functions, improving the creator experience through advanced email and content strategies specific to TikTok Shop's unique dynamics.

- Develop and implement a creator-centric outreach strategy that enhances engagement and drives actionable responses, tailored to the unique needs of TikTok Shop's creator community.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all creator-related CRM inquiries, ensuring efficient management of requests and issues to enhance the creator experience.
- Oversee the calendaring, scheduling, cadence, targeting strategies and execution of outreach campaigns to ensure optimal impact, while aligning with overall business objectives and creator needs.
- Regularly review and enhance outreach content, ensuring it is in line with the brand's voice and appeals to creators, while also maintaining a library of effective and visually appealing email templates.
- Work closely with affiliate creator, product, marketing, and content teams to identify and implement improvements in communication and product offerings that benefit creators.
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor, adjust, and report on the effectiveness of creator outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes align with strategic goals, while employing creative problem-solving strategies.
- Lead the integration of the latest e-commerce trends and digital marketing technologies into CRM practices, continuously advancing the team's capabilities and tools.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in CRM or outbound marketing, with demonstrated expertise in creating and managing outreach campaigns specifically for social media platforms or marketplace brands.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to inform strategies and decisions, enhancing the creator experience and campaign performance.
- Extensive knowledge of lifecycle content and email strategy development with a demonstrated ability to engage and motivate creators.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of crafting and optimizing outreach messages that resonate with creators and align with brand values.
Preferred Qualifcations:
- Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams to identify and resolve communication gaps and to enhance product offerings.
- Proficiency in the latest digital marketing tools and platforms, with the ability to integrate new technologies and trends into effective CRM strategies. Experience with home-grown CRM tools is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities, able to address unique challenges and opportunities in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Work base: Seattle.
