Job Description:
The People Change Management team leads change initiatives for the People team and People Solutions Program. We assess the impact of new initiatives and technology on the employee experience, their roles, and their processes. We develop online and learning resources, and deliver training to ensure an excellent change journey for employees across client.
As a member of People Change Management Training Team, you'll facilitate instructor-led system training for team members across client. You'll receive intensive training on the system, processes, audiences and functional teams in order to prepare to deliver an impactful training experience and effectively facilitate hands on workshops in your area of training.
Our north star is to provide a connected learning experience to ensure that our client team members are ready and energized for the launch of an ERP system. The experience will convey the full potential of the new system, empowering our employees to focus on what matters.
Description
• Learn to operate and perform functional processes in the new system.
• Create an effective learning environment by demonstrating appropriate and inclusive behaviors, language, and body language.
• Demonstrate ability to delivery exceptional instruction including system demos in a non-production environment.
• Demonstrate ability to ask effective, thought provoking questions that encourage learning comprehension and ability to respond to questions in a professional manner consistent with client culture.
Key Qualifications
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• 3+ years of technical training experience with adult audiences
• 2+ years of virtual instruction experience. Global experience preferred
• Proficiency with adult learning principles and classroom/time management techniques
• Experience onboarding corporate teams into ERP systems
• Experience working collaboratively on cross-function, multi-faceted projects.
Preferred skills
• Experience with cloud based \ CRM systems.
• Experienced training facilitator comfortable with large audiences
• Exceptional interpersonal and teaching skills
• Extraordinary presentation and public speaking skills
• The ability to inspire others
• Skilled at demonstrating hands-on learning, in real time in front of a group
• Ability to adapt to various audience with a range of learning styles
• Able to adjust communications style to meet the needs of diverse audiences
• Delivers message in a clear, compelling, and concise manner
• Actively listens and checks for understanding
• Perform additional support and service functions for class preparation
• Training environment prep and check prior to sessions
