Full-Time Nursing Supervisor (RN/LPN) - 11pm to 7am

Are you a dedicated and compassionate nurse looking for an opportunity to lead and make a positive impact on the lives of others? Join our team at RegalCare @ Courtyard as a Full-Time Nursing Supervisor.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and oversee nursing staff during the night shift (11pm to 7am).
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care plans and treatment.
  • Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff, offering guidance and mentorship as needed.
  • Conduct regular rounds to assess resident conditions and address any concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to resident care and treatment.

Qualifications:
  • Active RN or LPN license in MA
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and person-centered care to residents.
