Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday

Job Description:

RegalCare at Holyoke is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to join our team as a Nursing Supervisor for our evening shift. As the RN Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff during the 3pm-11pm shift, ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our residents. This role is vital in maintaining the continuity of care and supporting our team in delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the 3pm-11pm shift.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Oversee resident care plans and ensure they are being followed accurately.
• Address any issues or emergencies that arise during the shift.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Assist in the training and development of nursing staff.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting is completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
