Position Title: Medical Customer Service Representative

Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits

Schedule: 7a - 8p CST, M-Fri. (8hr Shift between these hours)Equipment Provided

Start Date: September 2024

***Must be available for equipment pickup in Irving, TX***

Job Details:
  • Answer inbound calls with potential for outbound calls.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and empathy to customers.
  • Utilize data entry skills for computer-based tasks.
  • Collect and review patient billing and medical information.
  • Operate according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
  • Work alongside carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.

Job Requirements: At least 1 year of recent Call Center experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)

***Must be available for equipment pickup in Irving, TX***
  • Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required.
  • Active high-speed internet installed and ability to work from home.
  • Ability to hardwire to internet router.
  • Quiet workspace free from background noise and distractions.
  • Availability for shift between Monday - Friday 7a - 8p CST
  • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
  • Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
  • HS Diploma/Equivalent.
