Position: ONSITE Medical Insurance Representative

• Pay: $17/hr. D.O.E Full-Time+ Weekly pay!
• Schedule: Day shifts available. M-F (Full time, No Weekends)
• Location: Onsite Columbus, OH (4322 zip code)
• Train Onsite with opportunity to go remote based on performance!
• Start Date: Early November 2024

****MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE****

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to insurance companies, providers etc.; to verify patient benefits and coverage.
• Call center environment - Primarily outbound calls - may receive some inbound.
• Investigate and resolve benefit-related issues and discrepancies.
• Communicate with patients explaining their medical benefits.
• Maintain accurate records of benefit investigations in the system.

Qualifications: Must have at least 6 months or more of previous Medical Benefits experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)

• Proven experience in medical benefit investigation and insurance verification required.
• Strong understanding of health insurance plans and coverage.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Adhere to all required KPI's.
• Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
