Insurance Specialist, Remote

RemX is hiring remote Insurance Specialist Representative's for our client who is a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical company. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience making outbound phone calls within a medical call center environment.

Position: Insurance Specialist
Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 8am-8pm CST. M-Fri (8hr Shift between these hours)

Start Date: November 2024

Job Details:

Perform outbound calls to carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
Using computer skills for data entry.
Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.

Requirements:

You must reside in the following states to be considered: Georgia, Arizona, Florida, Texas

Must have 1 year or more (with the same employer) making outbound calls within a medical call center environment.

Professional communication skills
Insurance Verification experience
Data entry
Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
HS Diploma/Equivalent.
Schedule: 8am-8pm CST. M-F (8hr Shift between these hours) ***Equipment Provided
