Duties and Responsibilities:


Duties and tasks include but are not limited to:

• Constituent record updates with data from various third-party research tools
• Applying biographical updates acquired from the University's telemarketing program and survey responses
• Processing new constituent information from fundraiser exchanges with donors
• Processing signup requests and profile updates from the University online alumni directory system
• Logging Constituent information from press releases and publications
• Recording photos to records in our constituent database
• Performing research and reconciliation of conflicting data for individual constituents

The role will also afford the candidate the opportunity to learn a multitude of useful skills in relational database management, advanced use of formulas in Microsoft Excel, report design and auditing in various business intelligence software tools as well as develop a thorough understanding of Microsoft 365 productivity suite and critical collaboration mediums including Microsoft SharePoint and Planner.

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be required to have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and be very organized and capable of managing multiple time-sensitive tasks and deliverables. The candidate must be open to learning new tools and skills as the position uses proprietary software.

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge of the following is preferred:

• Statistical packages (STATA, SAS, SPSS) and modeling techniques including logistic regression
• Microsoft Access
• Business intelligence software (Tableau, Cognos, Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Studio)
• SQL
• Data Warehouse management and ETL principles

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
