This role reports into our Marketing Strategy & Operations team, supporting Investments Management. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside professionals responsible for managing the planning of our investment allocations, forecasting, and optimization of our marketing and communications spending. Supplemental 1 employees may be eligible for up to 8 paid holidays, minimum of 56 hours paid sick time and the IBM Employee Stock Purchase Plan. IBM offers paid family medical leave and disability benefits to eligible employees where required by applicable law. The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year. - Structuring and interpreting large sets of data from multiple sources
- Connecting the dots between how we spend our budget and what our return on investment is
- Reviewing resource spend for all functions within Marketing and Communications and evaluating the success of our investments

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Currently enrolled in an accredited University
- Available for an internship in Summer 2025
- Rising senior for the 2025-2026 school year
- Passionate about marketing, data analytics, investments, finance
- Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- A strategic, consultative, data-driven mindset
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related
- Basic knowledge of marketing, communications, or related
- Basic knowledge of how to leverage data to tell a story and data visualization
- Basic Python, R, or SQL skills
