We are currently seeking a Product Operations Intern to join the Monetization Product Operations team. Our team is dedicated to leveraging data to guide strategic decisions, ensuring our focus is on maximizing business growth and driving global adoption of performance marketing products. The primary responsibility of this role is to support infrastructure teams in achieving long-term product growth.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.
Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May/June 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship start dates below:

Tuesday May 27 (Memorial Day May 26)

Monday, June 23
We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates. Please state your availability clearly in your resume (Start date, End date).

Responsibilities
- Understand Customer Needs: Gain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and collaborate with various teams to ensure these needs are met effectively.
- Support Campaign Operations: Assist in providing operational support for campaigns to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Monitor Signal Adoption: Track and analyze the adoption of our signals across different regions and verticals to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate Programs: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional programs that address adoption challenges.
- Data Analysis: Use advanced Excel functions to merge and analyze diverse datasets, ensuring accuracy and integrity for strategic decision-making.
- Dashboard Management: Help maintain and update company dashboards with real-time and historical data, providing clear and informative visualizations for stakeholders.
- Data Reconciliation: Perform data reconciliation tasks to identify and resolve discrepancies, investigate inconsistencies, and propose solutions to maintain data integrity.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
-Pursuing a BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics
- Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of thriving in ambiguous situations
- Commercial acumen with a track record of assessing challenges and building bespoke solutions to drive change
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- High degree of customer service orientation and experience in client-facing roles
