A Day in the Life of a Manufacturing Engineering Intern:

We are looking for inquisitive and driven individuals with a passion to innovate. Bring your experience and ideas and help us build world-class suppliers and operations team while keeping safety a top priority for the company. As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Bell, you can expect to assist in providing technical support in the effort of strategic sourcing. Help suppliers with technical inquiries, while facilitating communication between multiple stakeholders. Supporting the transition of parts and tools from one supplier to another, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop scope of work, resource estimates, and progress metrics.

• Works through a disciplined approach to plan, execute, control and close tasks to achieve specific goals to specific success criteria.

• Identify potential safety and quality hazards/risks

What You Will Need :

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher with a major in an Engineering discipline.

• Minimum 60 credit hours completed by the start of the internship.

• Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship : June 2- August 8, 2025 .

• 3.0 GPA preferred.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• Basic understanding and application of fundamental engineering processes and manufacturing principals.

• Moderate statistical analysis capability and computer skills on PC Microsoft programs. Familiarity with Power BI is also helpful.

• Must be able to fulfill the full length of the Summer Intern Program

• Good interpersonal, facilitation and organizational skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
