We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth shift coverage and maintaining the building and its equipment to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee shift coverage and ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and support overall hotel operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hotel maintenance role or a similar environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in areas such as electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
