Naamans Creek Country Manor provides a caring environment for each resident/patient and their loved ones. Naamans Creek Country Manor is a 90-bed skilled nursing center offering short-term care, rehabilitative care, long-term care and respite care. We are passionate about celebrating our team members and are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the 3-11 shift.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Current RN license is required. Employee must be in good standing with the state.
• Prior supervisory experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

• Supervises nursing staff in the day-to-day delivery of resident care.
• Monitors and assesses all aspects of resident care, including work performance of nursing staff, efficiency of services provided, according to physician's orders, care plans, established standards of care and Facility policies and procedures.
• Administers medication and treatments according to physician's orders, care plans, and the Facility's established policies and procedures.
• Assesses residents' physical and emotional status and documents any changes in the medical records.
• Works cooperatively as part of a health care interdisciplinary team to assess, develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
