Schneider is seeking an Accident Recovery Coordinator in Green Bay to coordinate the repair of damaged equipment. The Accident Recovery Coordinator will review, negotiate and approve estimates and invoices while ensuring Schneider receives the best costs, turnaround time and quality from vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all responsibilities related to equipment repairs, including selecting vendors, handling loads, assessing damages and making billing arrangements.
  • Keep accurate files on all equipment that is damaged.
  • Work with the equipment purchasing department on equipment salvage decisions.
  • Coordinate with the legal and claims departments equipment in litigation.


Skills and qualifications:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability and desire to work on-site, in person, at a Schneider facility as part of a team.
