- Department: Dispensary of Hope Distribution Center
- Schedule: Full Time/Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
- Location: Mostly Remote - Living in TN is strongly preferred due to quarterly on-site meetings in Nashville, TN

Responsibilities
The Dispensary of Hope Account Manager monitors the quality of services and client satisfaction to build and maintain relationships in the business community.
- Manage a portfolio of pharmacies and clinics ("Network Dispensing Sites") in the Dispensary of Hope national network.
- Develop a professional partnership with each Network Dispensing Site to ensure a high return on investment for their subscription and meet their programmatic goals.
- Provide Network Dispensing Sites With best-in-class customer service through regular communication.
- Onboard new Network Dispensing Sites by educating new sites about Dispensary of Hope, training on use the online ordering system, coaching them on best practices and agreement obligations.
- Work closely with Network Dispensing Sites on a day to day basis regarding management of the Dispensary of Hope program, identifying potential issues and proactively managing any that might occur.
- Analyze utilization data for each Network Dispensing Site, prepare reports and documents and present them to Network Dispensing Sites.
- Recruit Network Dispensing Sites through development of referrals from active Network Dispensing Sites.
- Work with Network Team colleagues and participate in prospective site introductory and orientation calls.
- Support other departments by fulfilling information requests about the active network of dispensing sites.
- Assist in evaluating the needs of Network Dispensing Sites and make recommendations for services
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry
