Insight Global is partnering with a rapidly growing technology company based in Portland, Oregon. This organization is building out their Sales function and is looking for a motivated Account Manager (Enterprise). You will be part of the sales team, responsible for partnering with their existing enterprise clients to upsell, cross-sell, and overall better their existing partners leveraging their products. You must demonstrate all the behaviors associated with a high-performance sales culture. This position offers a salary of $70,000-80,000 with a commission structure, as well as a benefits package.
Your main responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with assigned existing customers, while working to increase the account base through prospecting, networking, and following up on leads.
* Continually build a pipeline of new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
* Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a monthly basis.
* Become an authority on PayRange products and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers.
* Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in our CRM system.
* Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience
* 2+ years of Account Management experience, with prior experience selling/partnering with enterprise organizations.
* Strong experience upselling, cross-selling, and navigating through enterprise organizations.
* Strong experience developing a pipeline of sales opportunities that will allow you to exceed your targets. Managing your own forecast to track progress.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
