Account Manager, Mid Market (Professional Services) Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain relationships with advertisers, gaining insights into their business challenges, marketing objectives, and KPIs

  • Utilize data-driven analyses to create forward-thinking, consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, highlighting impactful opportunities with clear action plans

  • Drive business growth by strategically recommending Meta ad products and solutions tailored to meet clients' marketing needs

  • Operate autonomously to ensure timely and high-quality completion of operational deliverables

  • Collaborate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to identify and achieve shared objectives

  • Analyze trends to enhance team workflows, optimize operations, and scale effectively

  • Build expertise in how Meta's Advertising products work together and can be leveraged to meet a wide range of marketing objectives


Minimum Qualifications


  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment or digital marketing

  • Experience adjusting communication style to influence stakeholders ranging from junior media buyers to CEOs

  • Experience delivering effective services with an emphasis on empathy and an understanding of client needs

  • Experience adapting to quarterly change in book of business


Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience in client-facing consulting or business

  • Experience working with Professional Service Clients
