Managing the day-to-day support of 30-40 accounts, you will also enhance internal systems to improve the performance of your immediate team and the broader organization. Account Manager, Mid Market (Professional Services) Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with advertisers, gaining insights into their business challenges, marketing objectives, and KPIs
- Utilize data-driven analyses to create forward-thinking, consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, highlighting impactful opportunities with clear action plans
- Drive business growth by strategically recommending Meta ad products and solutions tailored to meet clients' marketing needs
- Operate autonomously to ensure timely and high-quality completion of operational deliverables
- Collaborate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to identify and achieve shared objectives
- Analyze trends to enhance team workflows, optimize operations, and scale effectively
- Build expertise in how Meta's Advertising products work together and can be leveraged to meet a wide range of marketing objectives
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment or digital marketing
- Experience adjusting communication style to influence stakeholders ranging from junior media buyers to CEOs
- Experience delivering effective services with an emphasis on empathy and an understanding of client needs
- Experience adapting to quarterly change in book of business
